Kennedy Street, Bentleigh East / Dual Occupancy
A contemporary dual occupancy on a sloping site was the brief for this Bentleigh East project. Working closely with our client we managed the planning process with Glen Eira City Council to deliver our clients the required result for their site. From our extensive experience working in this middle ring area, we were able to provide the client with clear expectations for each stage of the process and the likely outcome they would achieve on this site.
Balancing various consultants’ inputs, the proposal involved utilising our experience in this area to ensure the proposal addressed each of the key policy areas for Council. Throughout the process, particular attention was paid to the surrounding properties to ensure the relevant Planning Scheme requirements were addressed, resulting in a positive outcome for the project.
